I hate to write this because they were very nice but first the place is disgusting second they use dirty tools , third they have zero clue what they’re doing , fourth my nails look absolutely horrible she put about 4 layers of polish on my nails I’m so sad my girl was so nice but they are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten . Soooooo horrible . Calling to find a place to fix this mess .

These reviews are lies. THEY REUSE THEIR DIRTY TOOLS. NOT STERILIZED. NEED I SAY MORE!? I literally watched this sweet man pull crusty stained tools and wood picks out of this plastic bin, dip them in the dirty foot bath water, and PUT THEM BACK and close it! I literally died. Same thing with the nail files and the pumice stones!! ALL OF IT!! Cleaned with dirty foot water and put back.

I just got my hair done next door and wanted to get my nails done. I thought it was a bit odd that on a Saturday there were no cars in front of the shop. Then I walked in and no one was there. Literally no one except one older gentleman. I hesitantly asked for a manicure. When I went to sit down, the chair had a black cloth cover on it and white dust all over it. I didn’t even want to sit down or put my black coat on the back of it. It was filthy. I finally found the courage to walk out. It really was disgusting. No wonder no one was there.

That was my first time there and was awesome ! I got a pedicure and a manicure . I got the no-chip which is the more expensive type but when they paint our nails they do 3-4 coats. When they remove your cuticles that hurt but it was worth it . When we went they smoothed our feet, buffed our nails, got rid of our cuticles ,and made our feet really pretty. The people who did our fingers and toes did an amazing job on them. I would rate them a 5 out of 5. I would definitely go back to “creative nails too”. They were friendly and the service was very personal.

The skilled technicians are able to do any style nails you want and give you their professional opinion so you are satisfied when you leave. Prices are decent and a good variety of colors. I’ve been here several times. The staff has always been nice & accommodating. The owner is always there to great me. I always get a mani pedi. The no chip always last me a month and the pedi last the same. I work in a Dr’s office as a medical assistant so I wash my hands several times a day. I am always getting compliments from the patients as to how nice my nails look. I recommend this place all the time.

Hong and Lucy do an AWESOME job on giving very personal manicures and pedicures. They made sure that I felt good and my needs were met. They asked me what I wanted and made sure i was satisfied. Would totally visit again!!

Owner does my pedicures and no chip manicures every two weeks year round. Love her, she’s vey nice and very attentive. Massages are awesome also. Eyebrow waxing is really good too.
