I've been a regular customer at Golden Touch year-round, going in every 3 weeks for a dip manicure and pedicure. Last week they cancelled my appointment the day before. They did the same thing again today and told me they couldn't take my dip off for another week (that would be 5 weeks total!) and didn't seem to care at all. There is only one manicurist who does dip nails well, and it appears she no longer works there. Very disappointing. If anyone knows where Mercy is doing nails now, I'd happily go somewhere else! :)

I tried this place 4 times. Each time the girl at the desk who is daughter of owner or manager is beyond rude and has zero manners. The quality of work is terrible.
