**The Role:**

As a Deep Learning Quant Researcher, you will play a critical role in evolving our trading strategies. Your primary focus will be on leveraging deep learning techniques to analyze and interpret complex financial data, developing robust and efficient trading algorithms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement advanced deep learning models to drive trading strategies, adapting to the rapidly changing market conditions.
  • Engage in comprehensive research, utilizing vast datasets to develop algorithms that are both innovative and effective across various time scales.
  • Collaborate closely with other quant researchers and traders to integrate new strategies, ensuring they align with the firm's overarching investment approach.
  • Continuously explore and integrate new methods and ideas in deep learning, maintaining the firm's edge in algorithmic trading.

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • At least two years demonstrating experience in deep learning and quantitative research, preferably within a top proprietary trading or hedge fund environment.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or C++, with a solid background in algorithm development and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement complex trading strategies, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and machine learning applications.
