Been here twice now. They are friendly enough bit the waits are ridiculous. I signed in as soon as we got there with what we were there for. They took us back for our pedicures which were well done. Then we just kept waiting until someone finally said "do you want to pay?". I told them we were waiting for a manicure for my daughter and a full set for me. They said they didn't know, even though I wrote it down on the sheet. There were two people, a man and a woman that kept switching back and forth to do my nails. I asked for acrylics with gel polish, they wound up giving me liquid gels with gel nail polish then charged me full price for them even though I told them 3 times I wanted acrylic. To be honest, my nails like like a 5 year old did them. Like when someone who can't draw, tries to draw fingers. They aren't shaped, they are flat not arched with the nail, and are lumpy. $115 for 1 child's mani/ pedi and a pedicure with a full set and now I have to pay for someone to fix them. They up charged on everything. Gel polish $10 extra, callous removal (says included on pedicure in brochure), $10 extra. Go somewhere else and have someone do it right Read Less

I went here the day before my prom to get just a basic manicure.At first everything seemed fine even though it smelled VERY strongly of cigarettes in there.We had an appointment at ten, however even though they weren’t even that busy they didn’t even touch our nails til 10:30.The first lady that touched my nails did well and she was nice. However when the man came over to do part of my nails, he was very rough and also I noticed his hands looked a little dirty as well as his finger nails...gross. Also he was rude.I stuck through it and didn’t say anything, but the lady came back and finished my nails which I was grateful for.The polish looked fine when she was finished but around the cuticle it looked pretty messy.As we were leaving, we went to the register to pay, and over in the corner was a bunch of food on the floor next to the couch...there was a full chicken and it’s head! And also a ton of bulbs of garlic and some gross looking soup lol. Not to mention a bunch of cigarettes right next to that, no wonder it smelled so strongly of cigars.Lastly, the same day I got my nails done, they started chipping like crazy!Needless to say, I won’t be back. My sister raved about this place and said they were so nice to her so I decided to go and get my nails done here for prom. Worst experience ever!I walked in and waited to be greeted for 15 minutes. Then they asked what I wanted and I told them a full set, she rolled her eyes and walked away. So I picked out a color and sat back down for another 10 minutes. The older women shouted at me to come to her chair so I went over there. She was so rough with my nails, she even left me bleeding in multiple spots. I love this place. They do the best job on my nails. The color is beautiful! They are very professional and polite.
