I only leave a review for very positive and very negative experiences, and unfortunately this one was very negative. The pedicure I received with Anna was not good. My toe nail edges are still sharp/not smooth, she had to paint my big toenails twice (and one still is not streak/bubble free). My nails aren’t even/straight, and I don’t feel like the skin around my toenails got any attention. I was really looking forward to this pedicure but unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the result.

I am greatly dissatisfied with my nails. After 2 days my middle nail completely broke and then 3 days later another nail on my right hand broke. The place I normally go to had no appointments so on a whim I went here. I can tell they use cheap products. The place I normally go I have NEVER had a nail break break. I’ve gone sometimes as long as 5 weeks in between fill and never did a nail break. The bottom of the dip was never smoothed out so they’re already pulling up 1 week later. Waste of money!

After trying 6 different nail salons in my area, I came across J&J, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I’m always pleased with how they do my nails, I’m never rushed and everybody there is super nice, although Wayne and his wife are my favorite and are quite funny. They have a great selection of colors and their prices are reasonable!

What a joke! Horrible job, charged extra $20 to remove previous polish, cut skin til bleeding & did not even remove all of old polish. Will never return, & DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Chase did both, my gel manicure and gel pedicure. He did a great job, and had a very nice disposition, we talked back and forth. Definitely will ask for him again.

They do an awesome job here I get pedicures and eye brows waxed and they have always done a great job. I have a problem with ingrown toenails and they take care of them every time I come and it doesn’t even hurt when they take them out. I have had three different people and they have all done a wonderful job.

I live close to this area and I love being able to sit down and relax for a minute have some time to unwind. I’m a single Mom and my kids go where I go. They are 6 and 3. I love all of the staff except Wayne’s wife. She has been rude to my girls for the last time. They let their negative energy absorb into their work and business which is going to cost them in the long run. I have gotten great work done there by Wayne and a younger lady that does awesome designs! The older lady that I’ve been told is Wayne’s wife is absolutely rude and her whole demeanor shows it. My youngest daughter was looking and playing with the color swatch nails and she said “be careful, you break them” I was annoyed by that because she was only entertaining herself for the wait. When she finally took us all back to the pedicure stations I put on the massage chairs for my 6 year old daughter and I, she came back and said “you turned that on (smacked her lips) this one is broken” then turned it off. Then when she began to paint my 6 year olds fingers she looked annoyed the entire time was very aggressive with both of them…. If you have kids DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! She is not friendly AT ALL my six year old is a very sweet girl and Wayne always talks to her and I and makes us feel welcome. She on the other hand is drowning in negative energy her face says it and her words and actions. I hate to let her be the one to drive me from there but if I can’t feel comfortable I will have to go elsewhere. I was also charged $70 for a basic pedicure and her to paint my 2 girls nails. Seems very over priced for the attitude we got and the feeling of not being welcome there by her.

They charge me $20 to remove my gel polish! Outrageous! Will not go back there again. The pedicure was basic just what I paid for which left my toenails disgusting. I had to redo it myself when I got home.
