I took a friend to JC Nail Spa for her birthday yesterday. Not a great experience. They rushed through the entire process even though we were the only two people in the salon. I'm glad we both decided to forego the polish even though there is no discount if you don't have them polish. When I got home, I had to file 7 out of 10 nails because my person did a horrible job and left jagged edges. So disappointing.

I just came in to get three nails painted all black and came straight home to remove this 10$ polish job. Made me pay before and rushed the whole thing didn't use polish remover to clean up just used her nail to scrape it . It's really bumpy and not a smooth polish , it was rushed and only two other people were there nobody was waiting after me or anything . Wish I would've read the reviews before but I figured it's simple so I came here. Never again

Paid $42 for a pedicure that lasted less than 15 min and the place was empty. Not sure what the rush was but I didn't even get to relax. My nail polish application looks like a child painted my toes. As for the lady who was doing my toes, she had an attitude the entire time. I picked out a gel polish and she said that it was way expensive (as if I couldn't pay the price) which is very rude and she chose to paint my nails with regular polish. the tools didn't even look sanitized or cleaned, she used my tub water to clean the tools and put everything away in the same basket it came in. Despite the concern of getting an infection from that, the woman was sighing the entire time and didn't properly clean my toes, or even file or clean the cuticles correctly. As I'm paying her attitude changed and she tried to be nice right after (I'm sure for a tip), don't recommend this place.
