All nails were chopped off and we didn't want tips. Needed one tip so she decided we needed all tips. Have been coming here for years and only had a bad experience twice with the same person whom I believe to be the owner. The only other problem which is major is that the prices are completely different every single time you come depending on who you go to.

I called to make an appointment and was not asked my name. When I arrived at my appointment time, I stood at the door waiting to be greeted and was looked at like I was inconveniencing them. I stated I had an appt and the woman at the front just pointed at the couch for me to sit down. A woman came in after me with her son and daughter and was warmly greeted and asked what they were getting done and politely asked to sit down.The person that greeted them, walked past me a few times, took the woman in immediately, then her daughter and even the son to remove the polish off of his nails. Wait, do you not see me sitting here?? I let that go and then sat there for another 3 minutes or so and was then brought to the pedicure chair and waited another 5 minutes with an empty basin with no water in it. When the woman finally came over (seeming like she didn't want ro do my pedicure), I mentioned I just wanted a spa pedicure, and the woman tried to upsell me for $10 more to do gel. Additionally, they charge to remove callouses, which should be included and she never did anything to remove the rough skin on my pinky toes. Lastly, after only two days, the polish is already coming off my nail. Nope, I won't be back.

So I went in there I've been going there since they've been there and I have long nails they refused to do my long nails they made me cut them down I'm a paying customer they're not for free I do not like the way they treat me

I received a gel pedicure and within 3 days three of the nails on my right foot had the polish fall off! This place is crazy expensive and I would NOT recommend it. It cost me almost $100 for an acrylic removal & pedi and she kept burning my finger nails with the dremel tool and made my cuticles bleed on my toes!

The place was busy when I went. I was taken is right away and got a full set done. They were nice but didn't speak to me the whole time. I felt rushed and my nails look horrible would not recommend.
