I’ve been going to js for years and after my experience Friday I won’t be going back. My nail tech cut not 1 but 5 of my fingers and my fingers were bleeding a decent amount for a while. The shape of my nail was terrible too: when I showed them my bleeding fingers they threw 10 bucks at me and walked away.Dip powder

Critical:Quality,ValueI’ve gone here on & off for years. They USED to be quick, do an okay job, and were reasonably priced. I went into J’s today to get my gel removed and a manicure. I also asked if they would just change the color on my toes to match my nails. First of all, they didn’t remove the gel entirely. Above that, they did not give me a manicure nor did they do a nice job on the polish. I go to check out and the total was $40. They charged me for a manicure (that I did not get) and a pedicure that I did not get either. I will NOT be back. I’ve gone here on & off for years. They USED to be quick, do an okay job, and were reasonably priced. I went into J’s today to get my gel removed and a manicure. I also asked if they would just change the color on my toes to match my nails. First of all, they didn’t remove the gel entirely. Critical:Professionalism,QualityThe salon itself was clean and most of the staff was super friendly. I called in advance to book an appointment for a dip manicure with a specific person and they didn’t take my name or what services I desired. When I got there, my friend accompanying me got the person I requested and I got someone else, which would have been okay except this manicurist did not care at all about what I wanted. From the minute I sat down I was rushed through the process. I was interested in a specific design and he wouldn’t take the time to look at the picture a second time so I did not get what I wanted. By the time I realized he was going it incorrectly it was too late and I don’t have time to come back to get it fixed. He also did not clean, trim or shape my nails. All he did was file them (poorly) so they’re all different lengths. Super disappointing and if I go back I will be sure not to go to him. My friend who had the girl I requested had beautiful nails and the manicurist really took her time to help her pick out the colors, shape, and made sure refer to the picture she was shown. I also got a pedicure (wasn’t really given a choice on the type but it ended up being awesome, albeit expensive so I’m not too upset). My pedicurist was really sweet and did a great job. Overall I would give this place another chance but NOT with the person who did my manicure. I called in advance to book an appointment for a dip manicure with a specific person and they didn’t take my name or what services I desired. It used to be alright, but after several poor experiences, I will not be returning. They rush you with an attitude from the get go, have dirty supplies, and drilled my nails until it burned into the nail beds, ignoring my request to stop until I had to just pull my hand away. The manicure afterwards was also terrible. Now, I am suffering with bloody nail beds from all my nails being paper thin and breaking far up due to how much she drilled them. Awful and never again

If I could give them no stars i would.. I had a terrible experience with their service. They rush with an attitude, don’t do their job adequately. I will not be back and I do not recommend to anyonePedicure

They are reliable to do the nail work whether mani pedi or a full set … prices aren’t bad but definitely over communicate and insist on how you want your shape etc. More vocal you are the better your result. Fairly quick service and clean.
