The spa pedicure I had was decent, and I would recommend. But the gel manicure was one of the worst I've ever had- how can they even call it a manicure when there is no cleaning, exfoliation, or proper nail trim? Judging from everyone else in the nail salon who mostly looked like they had decent nail technicians, I just had the worst nail tech, who might have been tired because it was the end of the day, but not acceptable to work. The day after I paid $86 for a mani-pedi, I paid $50 to have my manicure re-done properly in Poughkeepsie.

Literally watched this salon use an electric tool on one person then use it on someone else immediately after without any sanitation or changing out the tip. Absolutely disgusting especially it being a pedicure. Definitely won't go back here again

The place is clean, I'll give them that much. I started off by thinking that should suffice, but the place feels like an assembly line, cold, heartless, and driven by money above all else. It's not very cheap either. Kids (under 10 only) pay $37 for a mani and pedi? Seriously.
